I have followed the complaints procedure to the letter. Still not getting any acknowledgement through the complaints procedure I am a former commissioning editor at the BBC spent most of my working life in the BBC. 20 years Very disappointed that my beloved BBC can't provide a functioning complaints service. We need the bbc to be on the ball. We pay you bbc governors very well. Please respect democracy. Ukip has been well rather served by bbc governors and QT have enabled them consistently
